The Journey Behind Aarvi Construction & Designer
With over 11 years of professional experience in civil engineering and construction, Er. Vijay Varma has built his career through dedication, technical expertise and a passion for creating quality infrastructure.
His engineering journey began in 2010 from Barwani, Madhya Pradesh. Driven by a commitment to learn and grow, he worked on infrastructure and large-scale construction projects across Indore, Bhopal, Etawah, Delhi and Lucknow. During these years, he gained extensive experience in site engineering, project execution, quality control and construction management, working on projects of varying scale and complexity.
In 2020, during the COVID-19 lockdown, he made a life-changing decision—to build his own construction company based on quality, transparency and trust. With an initial support of just ₹10,000 borrowed from his mother, he started his first construction project on a labour contract basis. Through hard work, consistent performance and client satisfaction, he steadily expanded his business.
Within just three years, that small beginning evolved into Aarvi Construction & Designer, a GST Registered Construction Company delivering complete turnkey "with material" residential and commercial construction projects. Today, the company provides architectural planning, building permission assistance, structural design, 2D & 3D elevation design and complete construction solutions across Madhya Pradesh.
Holding a Diploma & B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Er. Vijay Varma is also a Government Licensed Engineer, authorized under the Madhya Pradesh
